What Mini is
Altitude holds the middle of the desk. Mini is the one you put where there is only a little room. Same live aircraft: a photo, a map, a clock, the weather, and the board look if you want it. FlightLog sits in your dashboard.

The picture

A gift
A power cable is in the box. You need your own USB or USB-C power supply, capable of 5.1V at 2.5 amps. FlightAbove is already on it. They press and hold the screen to change the look, or do it from the dashboard.

Who it is for
The sim shelf, the side of the desk, the spot next to the radio. Callsign, type, photo, route. Hold the flight you are waiting for.
A real object with a job, small enough to wrap in your head as a bedside thing. Paid once, produced in the United Kingdom. They change the face later.
The plane goes over and the name is already on the table. No phone to unlock. Quiet when the sky is quiet.
What it looks like
Switch whenever you like. The board look is included. It is not a second thing you have to buy.
The flight
Callsign, airline, type, route, height and speed. Small enough for a bedside or a side desk, and still easy to read.
The photo
A colour photo of the aircraft overhead, not a row of dots. This is why Mini is a screen, not a board of lights.
When it is quiet
Time, date and the weather when nothing is overhead. It stays an object on the desk, not a black square.
The window
A live picture of traffic near home, with the track of the one you are watching. A windowsill is enough room.
The board look
Airline, callsign and how far is left, in the style of a departure board. Switch back to the photo and the map whenever you like.
How LED Wall worksOne flight
A tail, a flight number or a callsign stays on the board until it lands. When the space station is overhead, the same look can tell you to look up.

The facts
The sky, not the postcode
Mini shows aircraft that are sharing their position. That is most places in the world, and it is fullest over Europe and North America. The display is produced in the United Kingdom. The sky is not limited to the UK.

This "FlightAbove Mini" is very good. Rather than have to look up a well known flight tracker app on my Mobile Phone every time, this sits beside my chair and is on 12 hours a day. I got stuck with the initial setup but Customer Service were excellent and understanding. They gave me all the help I needed. At 4 inches the screen is small making some text hard to read. There are multiple screen options though and with a bit of trial and error, I found one setup which suited my eyes. Do I regret buying this item? Definitely no!! I'm sure there will be updates to come which can only improve this excellent piece of kit for Aviation Geeks 馃檪.
